Translate the characteristics and operation of a newly acquired machine into documented safety, maintenance, and operator-guidance requirements.
Approach
- Equipment identification and photographic documentation of controls, guards, and working components.
- Safety checklist and hazard-rating assessment recorded in the technical report.
- Recommendations for operator training, emergency-stop identification, and maintenance records.
Deliverables
Machinery assessment report, risk-assessment records, operating and maintenance recommendations, and ART documentation.
Engineering contribution
